  • Eastbound i-90 exit 52, continue east on State Route 906, first building on the left across the street from Summit West.

    Westbound i-90 exit 53, continue west on State Route 906, continue past Chevron, first building on the right across the street from Summit West.

  • PLW is first and foremost a great membership-based cowork space to drop-in and be productive. But, just as importantly, it is an awesome community of diverse individuals brought together via a shared love of outdoor recreation.

  • Guests are more than welcome! Members may purchase guest passes for $15 within the members portal or through our concierge.

    Member must be present for guest pass use.

  • Memberships are individual and do not include a spouse or business partner.

  • While we don’t want to see you go, we understand that life happens. You may request cancellation through a written request sent to zac@passlifeworkspace.com.

    Please note that we do not prorate membership dues for cancellations.

  • No, days do not roll-over, nor are they transferable to another member.

  • Conference rooms can be booked utilizing the PLW Member’s Portal for times that align with the operating hours. For bookings after hours please speak with a staff member or reach out to info@passlifeworkspace.com.

    A 20% service fee will be charged for all reservations with our preferred caterers (Laconia Market + Cafe or Commonwealth Cafe only) as our team will facilitate ordering and pick-up of food items. A 10% service fee for any outside caterers (local or non-local). This allows our guests to fully utilize their time in our space without having to worry about setting up or cleaning after.

  • Yes! Members may purchase guest passes at a discounted rate of $15 for each guest who wishes to use our space for the remainder of the day. Guest passes may be purchased through the concierge or the members portal.

  • No. While we love our pets, our space is not conducive to them.

  • Sure. Kids are welcome to our family friendly programs offered through-out the year. We’ve noticed that these are usually the best and most exciting times for kids to be in the workspace.

  • No. Come as you are! We are a community of adventure seekers so a little dirt and nature’s cologne come with the territory.

  • Yes. We want you to be the most productive version of yourself so fuel up as needed and be sure to take advantage of your membership benefits at Laconia Market + Cafe!

  • Yup. We have a great little kitchenette- with a fridge, microwave, and sink. . . just please be respectful of fellow members. We will clean out the fridge nightly.

  • We are always down for a good party! Please submit a request through this website form, and we will respond with more information that will better cater to your needs.

  • No. Due to space limitations we are unable to create storage space for member gear.

  • We are running 1gig fiber internet speeds so that you can do the heavy work without being bogged down.
