How many people do your meeting rooms accommodate?

Small Conference Room - 5 people

Large Conference Room - 8 people

Cathedral - 40 people seated / 75 people standing

What are the rates of your meeting rooms?

Cathedral: $200/hr or $750/half day or $1375/day

Large Conference Room: $50/hr or $350/day

Small Conference Room: $30/hr or $210/day

What amenities come with the conference rooms?

The following amenities are provided at no extra charge:

  • TV with multiport HDMI adapter

  • High-speed internet

  • Dry-erase & markers

  • Printing & copying services

  • Coffee & Tea

  • Bathrooms on-site

Can I utilize other parts of the workspace for breakout groups?

Yes, day passes are available for purchase or you can book additional meeting room space at $30/hr or $50/hr depending on size.

Can my team use the workspace before or after our meeting?

Yes, day passes are available for $30. Members can purchase them at $15 per person.

Who is your preferred catering? Can I bring in outside catering?

Our preferred caterers are Laconia and Commonwealth. Yes, you may bring in outside catering. Please see below for additional details.

  • Catering must be reserved ahead of time: A minimum of 3 days prior to your booking for a private meeting room and 7 days prior to your booking for an event held in our Cathedral.

  • A 20% service fee will be charged for all reservations with our preferred caterers, as our team will facilitate the ordering and pick-up of food items. A 10% service fee will be charged for any outside caterers (local or non-local).

Where do I park?

Our address is 69802 WA-906 Suite 201. You are more than welcome to park in the parking lot or along WA-906 for overflow parking. If you are parking on WA-906, please back in against the snowbank during the winter.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made 24 hours prior to booking will be refunded in full. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior be charged in full.

When will you charge me?

Conference Rooms: We will collect your payment information when you make a booking but will not charge you until after your event/meeting.

Cathedral: We will need a deposit of 50% to confirm your booking, you have up to 3 days prior to your event to cancel for a full refund. Cancellations less than 72 hours prior to your event will be charged in full.
